Returning Patients with new injuries must book an initial assessment to ensure your therapist has enough time to thoroughly assess the new issue.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please understand that a missed appointment or late cancellation prevents another client from accessing our services.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

• Your first missed appointment or cancellation within 24 hours will incur a $20 fee.

• Any subsequent missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full appointment rate.
